The property is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, magnificent tri-level home located on a huge 2,375 sqm elevated site. Situated in expansive Balinese Style landscaped gardens, in native coastal vegetation the house is tastefully furnished with a combination of modern western and antique furniture collected from across Asia.
Retire to either the upper balcony or the beach to watch wonderful sunsets over the Indian Ocean.
PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS
Outdoor living - there is an extensive outside entertainment area on the ground floor with patio decking, including: built in barbeque, comfortable outdoor furniture made from teak with a large 2.2 m teak table, plus 8 chairs, in addition to a 5 seat outdoor rattan sofa setting. Sit outside on the deck at night and feel like you are in Bali with cool summery breezes and the sound of the ocean waves as background music.
Living Room - large white leather sofa with seating for 8 - 10 people and a 50' LG TV with DVD player and DVD library.
2nd Floor - a large balcony with uninterrupted ocean views of Warnbro Sound with access onto the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. The living room on the 2nd Floor, has modern leather sofas and a built-in bar.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with West Australian Jarrah cabinets and modern appliances including, oven, microwave, fridge (610 litre) & dishwasher. There is also a formal dining room with a dining table on the ground floor.

If you want to get away from it all and fully embrace the beauty of Western Australia's coastline, then this is the place. Tranquil, light, spacious, the atmosphere is second to none, the views will take your breath away, a sea of blue! Escape outdoors on the wooden deck, walk to the beach, sip a glass of wine on the balcony, the choice is yours. I can promise you will not be disappointed! I have stayed at many holiday rental, this outdid them all in terms of peace, beauty, location and size. We will be back again for our ladies retreat.

Our group of 4 couples enjoyed a wonderful few days here and found everything to be excellent, from the fabulous outdoor areas to the quality crockery, glassware, etc. We would certainly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a Quiet and relaxing place to stay! My family and I had a great time and would stay again! It is a beautiful home and only a short walk to enjoy a swim at the beach.

the house was just like a home it had every thing from the ironing board to the hair drier,it was well set out to allow guests to relax alone reading watching a movie or hanging around the out side fire and bbq the beach was great and every night we watched the sunset. for those not wanting to cook every type of take away was one street away also the house is set in a couldersack so no trafic and very quiet the waves crashing in was the only noise out there 10 out of 10
