It is walking distance to many restaurants and cafes including those in Camberwell, Auburn Village and Hawthorn and also to pockets of green spaces, many with children's play facilities. Cinema 10 mins walk. Richmond shopping and restaurants are a quick drive or tram or train ride away. Wineries 45 mins drive.
